Founded in 2018, KTTA is a boutique talent agency specialising in young performers, with a carefully selected number of adult clients, many of whom have grown with us from childhood.
KTTA is led by Kim Thursfield MISM, a professionally trained performer with training from Italia Conti and more than 18 years of experience across the performing arts industry. Alongside running KTTA, Kim has worked as a vocal coach, performing arts school principal, producer, director, casting professional, author and theatre PR & marketing professional.
This breadth of experience gives our clients something incredibly valuable. Kim understands what casting teams are looking for, how the industry works and, importantly, how to help performers develop the skills, confidence and professional approach needed to build a sustainable career.
We don't believe in simply putting a child on a client list and waiting for opportunities to come along. We manage as well as represent.
Because KTTA deliberately keeps its client base small, we can offer a genuinely personal service. We get to know every performer as an individual: their strengths, ambitions, interests and long-term goals. And we work with them and their families to make sure their career is moving in the right direction.
Our approach is about discovering talent, nurturing creativity and creating sustainable opportunities, rather than chasing every possible job.
KTTA represents young performers up to the age of 25, alongside a small number of adult clients. Many of our adult performers have grown with the agency since childhood.
In line with our safeguarding commitments, we do not publish our young performers' profiles, headshots or names on this website. Production photography is shared only where families have consented, and always without identifying the performer. Our track record speaks through credits and achievements, and casting professionals can request full client information directly.
Existing client families can access profiles, submissions and updates at any time through our secure parent login.
Our clients have secured professional work across the industry, including West End and touring theatre, television, film and TV commercials. We are proud to support performers at every stage of their journey, from a first professional opportunity through to an established career.
