Founded in 2018, KTTA is run by Kim Thursfield MISM a performer (with training from Italia Conti) and business women with over 18 years of industry experience in the Performing Arts industry as well as Vocal Coaching, running Performing Arts Schools, Producing, Directing, Casting, Author and working in Theatre PR & Marketing.  Clients benefit from Kim's wealth of Industry knowledge and contacts. Kim knows the industry inside out and really believes in helping her clients individually to succeed in the industry.

KTTA primarily started as a children's agency, which was a great success, it then grew and the adult division was launched and ever growing.

We are firm believers in discovering new artists, nurturing their creativity and helping them to achieve sustainable success. 

KTTA is a small, boutique Agency keeping the client base small. We believe in Managing our clients as well as representing them to help them succeed in the industry. We work as a team with each individual client to ensure we are going in the right direction for each clients career path.

Clients have secured jobs in the West End and touring Theatre along with TV Commercials, Film and Television projects.

We have a high level of service for both our clients and Casting Directors and Production Companies and we only take on clients who we truly believe have a chance of getting paid work.

Kim is also a fully qualified vocal coach and loves to train children and adults. She is DBS checked, PLI, First Aider, Child & adult safeguarding officer, COVID Prevention and has a chaperones licence. Kim is proud to be a member of the NNCEE (National Network for Children in Employment and Entertainment).
